The TELES CDR Mediation Server converts TELES billing records into data that can be used by service providers for billing and other down-stream applications.
High Performance CDR Processing
The TELES CDR Mediation Server collects the raw CDRs that are recorded on the TELES softswitches, parses the CDRs, and forwards them to the external billing system. The TELES CDR Mediation Server can receive raw CDRs from one or more CDR source. In addition, the Server can parse, store, and format the CDRs according to the requirements of any external application.
Enhanced System Management
The TELES CDR Mediation Server includes a browser-based management system. The administrator can use this for configuration and alarm management. In addition, the management system can generate call statistics, reports, and graphs which help service providers balance the network traffic. These graphs and reports also indicate the quality of service provided by the carrier.
