Designed for use with SS7 networks, installing the VoIPBBOX SS7 saves the costs of purchasing, installing, and maintaining protocol conversion equipment, not to mention the costs of training the staff. The integration is seamless since the VoIPBBOX SS7 appears as a native SS7 element.

All carrier-grade features and mechanisms remain intact because the VoIPBBOX SS7 is a native SS7 component. For example, using the VoIPBBOX SS7 ensures that network announcements are delivered throughout the network before, during, and after a call. Also, using the VoIPBBOX SS7 ensures that CDR processing is preserved intact.

Flexible Network Location
With or without SIP servers or gatekeepers, benefit from seamless integration. Connect the VoIPBBOX SS7 to multiple SIP servers or gatekeepers. Or, eliminate all gatekeepers and SIP servers by connecting the VoIPBBOX SS7 in Back-to-back mode.

Shrewd Surveillance and Maintenance
Know everything you need to know. Call Detail Records (CDR), RADIUS, SNMP, and extensive statistic collections simplify surveillance. To fine-tune the routing configuration, use our GATE Manager Remote Administrator. Also, you can use the TELES Network Management System (NMS) for remote provisioning of bulk installation; the VoIPBBOX SS7 can automatically receive updated routing files from the NMS.

In addition to all the standard VoIP features – like echo cancellation, silence suppression and comfort noise – VoIPBBOX SS7’s premium feature set includes the best available DSPs, traffic shaping, and multi-level fallback.
